Meals From the Heart

At Ronald McDonald House Rochester, we are proud to provide daily meals for the families we serve. Having meals readily available helps ease one small burden so families can focus on what matters most, the wellbeing of their child.

Providing meals for families staying with Ronald McDonald House Rochester is an important part of our mission. After spending long days at their child’s bedside, having a warm meal ready can provide comfort and relief during an incredibly difficult time. We invite groups of 10 or fewer to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal at the Westmoreland House for the families we serve. Please see below for additional guidelines.

You are welcome to choose any restaurant and arrange for delivery directly to us, or meals may be dropped off in person. Meals can be provided for either or both of our locations, the House Within the Hospital and the Westmoreland House, and support for any location is greatly appreciated. Please see below for additional guidelines.

Help provide comfort and nourishment to families staying at our House Within the Hospital through a recurring meal donation. Whether monthly, bi-monthly, or semi-annually, your generosity helps ensure families have access to a warm meal during a difficult time.

Each meal donation should serve approximately 14 people and may be delivered directly from a restaurant of your choice or dropped off at our location.

By making a recurring commitment, you help provide ongoing support and care for families when they need it most. For additional information, please contact Maranda Meisenzahl at [email protected].
